How we work

We visit every farm before we buy.

There are four names on our origin list and we have walked each one. We cup the harvest on site, agree a price directly with the grower, and ship the green bean by sea freight in grain-proec bags. No middlemen, no spot-market surprises, no “ethically sourced” badges we cannot back up with a receipt.
